Ron is a lifelong resident of Henderson County.  He has been a police officer for the city of Hendersonville and a state probation officer in Henderson County.  He is a 1980 graduate of Hendersonville High school and a 1994 graduate of Mars Hill College.  He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina School of Law.  He is married to Kim Gasperson-Justice.  They have two children and four dogs. His hobbies include golf (which he is not good at) and boating.  He is a Legal Administrator in the United States Army Reserve with over 30 years of service.
